Private en suite bathroom tub/shower, a cozy balcony, and ample lounging space are included.
A twin-size bed can be added and the king bed can be replaced with two twin-size beds.

Charleston has a pillow-top king bed, its own en suite bathroom with tub/shower, TV/DVD, a 12 foot glass door-wall opening to a wickered balcony, desk and a queen-size inner-spring futon sofa.
The sofa can be reconfigured to a queen bed upon request.

The adjacent Charleston guest room is joined to Laguna Beach by a foyer that has a separate lockable door
to the rest of the house.
