Ann Arbor Bed and Breakfast is located downtown
on the Central Campus of the University of Michigan (921 E. Huron Street at the corner of Fletcher marked by a traffic signal).
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, we require two days cancellation notice. If cancelled within two days, we will attempt to re-book your canceled stay and your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of US$107 per room day that remains unbooked.
Your credit card is not charged until you arrive for a stay or the merchandise/gift certificate is shipped.
EXCEPTION: Bookings for summer Art Fairs, spring graduation, and home football weekends: Half of the total booking fee must be paid at the time of booking. The other half is due 60-days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 60-day period, the booking fee already paid will be refunded within two weeks. Within 60-days of arrival, no refund for cancellations is given. Any money collected by re-booking the canceled stay or parts thereof will be sent to you.
Please inform us of your expected arrival time-range so we may personally greet you. Check-in is 3 pm until 8 pm but we are happy to meet you anytime with notice. In order to accommodate our arriving guests, check-out is 11 am. You may use the common area, leave your luggage, and keep your parking space until 5 pm.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outside areas.
Sorry, no pets. Children over 10 are welcome.
A hearty, hot breakfast is served buffet-style 8 am - 9:30 am weekdays and 9 am - 10:30 am weekends, or earlier upon request. Local family and friends are welcome to join you for breakfast at no additional charge, a days notice is appreciated.
Michigan sales tax for merchandise is 6%; the lodging tax in Washtenaw County is 11%.
